Cazza’s Capers has strict rules of trading in bad weather. Should it rain on the morning of your booking you will be contacted and asked if you still require the Jumping Castle and / or ride for the event, only if rain clears. At this point you have the opportunity to cancel the booking prior to the Castle arriving at your party. Once the disclaimer is signed and the Castle and / or ride is unloaded payment in full is required and is non-refundable. Once you have confirmed a booking, a deposit is required to secure your Castle, Ride or Party Package deal. The deposit must be received within seven (7) days of the date we received a booking from you. Should you cancel for any reason, the deposit is payable and non-refundable. However you may transfer your booking date within 3 months of your cancellation, subject to availability.
